Prinsengracht apartment II is located right at the centre of the picturesque Canal belt in the heart of Amsterdam's most sought after location for visitors. This stylish and airy apartment is a really beautiful base from which to explore all that the city has to offer.
Prinsengracht is one of the main canals, and this lovely canal house is situated between the antique shops of Spiegelstraat and the shopping, restaurants and cafes of Utrechtestraat. Lively Rembrandsplein is a short walk away.

The apartment
This beautiful apartment is on the second floor of a 17th century canal house. Lovingly restored and modernised, Prinsengracht apartment II is the epitome of canalside chic. The gorgeous living area has wooden flooring and a large corner sofa.
A stunning wooden block coffee table sits in the centre of the L shaped area and is ideal for enjoying a cool drink while making use of the flat screen TV with DVD/home cinema system. The wooden dining table, with luxurious matching upholstered chairs is perfectly positioned near the large windows so that you can enjoy the magnificent canal views as you enjoy a relaxing dinner with friends.
A beautifully proportioned apartment, the open plan kitchen is fully equipped. Cooker with overhead extractor, fridge, microwave, plus all the utensils, dishes and extras you might require. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and stunning canal views from the large windows, a feature of this elegant apartment.
The second bedroom in Prinsengracht apartment II has matching twin beds and a glamorous black chandelier which offsets the furnishings. The ultra modern, black tiled bathroom has separate bath and shower. Fair trade Max Havelaar bath linen is supplied in accordance to our commitment to the environment.
Prinsengracht Apartment II has a wonderful feeling of light and space. Throughout, the decor has been kept to simple whites, with modern black, wood and metal furnishings, which heighten the spacious, airy mood of the apartment. Optimum use is made of the large windows overlooking the canal, and it easily accommodates 4.
Location Information
The Prinsengracht is one of the main canals in the city centre of Amsterdam. The canal house is ideally situated between the Spiegelstraat with all the antique shops and the Utrechtsestraat with many shops, cafés and restaurants. The lively Rembrandt square is within walking distance.
Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
- The pre payment is non-refundable at any time, not even in case of force majeure.
- Bookings cancelled less than 2 weeks before the start of the stay will be charged with 50% of the balance due.
- Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the start of the stay or cancellation without prior notice "no-show";100% of the balance due will be charged.
- Cancellations must be made by 12 midday CET (Central European Time) on the appropriate day.
The apartment provider reserves the right to cancel or alter the booking if:
- If the guest(s) are not able to pay the online payment and/or remaining balance upon arrival.
- If the guest(s) are not able to show their passport, id card or drivers license upon arrival.
- If the guest(s) are not able to provide a security deposit in form of a valid credit card.
- The apartment(s) or part of it is closed due to circumstances beyond its control.
- It prejudices the reputation or causes or might cause in the apartment providers opinion, damage to the apartments and its common areas.
- The apartment provider becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership.
The apartment provider will not be liable for any delay, loss, damage or expenses incurred if your booking needs to be altered or cancelled or the apartment provider is unable to perform the contractual obligations as a result of events beyond his reasonable control, which shall include but not be limited to events such as war, civil strife, terrorist activity, labour disputes, natural or man-made disaster, fire, flood, adverse weather conditions or change of local government laws.
In any of these circumstances the apartment provider will refund any payments made in advance, but will have no further liability to the Client.
If the apartment provider receives serious complaints or any disputes arise, he reserves the right to terminate your stay without notice and refunding payments.
Limitation of Liability
The apartment provider shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage that may arise as a consequence of the client's use of the apartment, including without limitation, damages, insurance, losses because of fire, robbery or criminal behaviour.
Occupants
Only persons notified to the apartment provider upon arrival may occupy the apartment. You may not re-let/sublet the apartment to any other third party without our prior written approval. The number of persons permitted to occupy the apartment is limited to the number of beds available and this limit may not be exceeded without our prior written approval. The apartment provider reserves the right to refuse admittance to the apartment if this condition is not complied with.
Fair Use
You and your party agree to be considerate tenants and to take good care of the apartment(s) and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of your stay. Except in the case of normal wear and tear you are responsible for any damage to the apartment or its contents during your stay, which has occurred due to the negligence, wilful default or irresponsible behaviour on the part of yourself or those occupying the apartment or their guests. Any damage must be reported to the apartment provider, without delay. You and your party also agree not to act in any way that could cause disturbance to the residents in neighbouring properties.
Alcohol, Drugs & Tobacco
The use of drugs and abuse of alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises. The use and possession of hard drugs is illegal and anyone suspected of either will be reported to the Police. In some apartments smoking inside is allowed, this is stated on the website. It is not allowed to smoke marihuana inside the apartments.
